Homemade Hummus Recipe

Delicious organic hummus.





Ingredients ~

I used all organic ingredients


  • chickpeas

  • Tahini

  • Lime Juice

  • Olive oil

  • paprika

  • Garlic

  • Pepper

  • Salt

  • Onion powder

  • Parsley or cilantro

Directions


  1. Rinse canned chickpeas.

  2. Add rinsed chickpeas into a blender.

  3. Squeeze the juice of 1-2 limes onto the blender.

  4. Add an abundant amount of olive oil.

  5. Add pepper and salt to taste.

  6. Add onion powder and seasonings of your choice.

  7. Add 1 garlic clove.

  8. Add one full tablespoon of tahini.

  9. Add a bunch of parsley or cilantro.

  10. Blend.

  11. Once combined serve in a bowl with a drizzle of olive oil and plate with a parlsey leaf.
