Papaya Boat Recipe
Sweet Gut friendly, digestive while filling lunch recipe.

Ingredients
Yogurt, I used kite hill almond yogurt (unsweetened)
Papaya
Peanut butter
Strawberries
Granola
Coconut shreds
Chia seeds
Maple syrup
Directions
Cut a slice of papaya
Spoon out papaya seeds
Carve a little bowl into the curve of the papaya
Fill with Yogurt of choice
Add Toppings of choice
