Papaya Boat Recipe

Sweet Gut friendly, digestive while filling lunch recipe.








Ingredients

  • Yogurt, I used kite hill almond yogurt (unsweetened)

  • Papaya

  • Peanut butter

  • Strawberries

  • Granola

  • Coconut shreds

  • Chia seeds

  • Maple syrup

Directions

  1. Cut a slice of papaya

  2. Spoon out papaya seeds

  3. Carve a little bowl into the curve of the papaya

  4. Fill with Yogurt of choice

  5. Add Toppings of choice
